GLITZ AND GLAMOUR - MTV STYLE

It was another night of EMA excitement for the 7-strong artistic team who flew to Belfast earlier this month to ‘head the looks’ at Europe’s biggest music extravaganza – the MTV Europe Music Awards – which took place in Belfast’s Odyssey Arena on 6th November.

Working with the MTV ‘Glam Squad’ since the Edinburgh Awards in 2003, Jason & India Miller are no strangers to this spectacular music event and were supported this year by 5 stylists from across the 5 salons: Cat Nicholson, Natalie Cole, Frances Robertson, Rosy Kenny and Lisa-Jane. “The EMA’s are incredible and the atmosphere is always so vibrant and energetic. It’s a whirlwind of hosts, performers and dancers all requiring attention. We knew our team would handle it and we all had a great time”.

The team were delighted to style the hair for the dancers for singer-songwriters Justin Bieber and Jesse J as well as Electro Pop Duo LMFAO, music producer and DJ David Guetta, Snooki and Jwoww from American reality tv series Jersey Shore and American actress, singer Selena Gomez. India and Jason also looked after American singer-songwriter Adam Lambert who sang with Queen on the night and Russian supermodel Irina Shayk who was a main presenter of the show along with Israeli supermodel Bar Refaeli.

To keep the artists perfectly coiffed Jason and India packed a range of Shu Uemura Art of Hair products in their session bags.
