Here’s a quick look at what you can expect at your post-lockdown visit to your Charlie Miller salon. Our number one priority is making sure our clients & our team feel reassured and safe in our salons.

We are so grateful for all the amazing feedback we have received since reopening on Wednesday 15th July. We’re thrilled that you all feel safe and are able to enjoy your Charlie Miller experience. Watch our video to find out what you can to expect when you visit us post-lockdown.

We kindly ask you to take note of the following changes:

PPE COSTS: there are no price increases. We will apply a temporary charge of £5 that will be added to your bill to cover the PPE and COVID 19 costs which have been required to make the salon as safe as possible for everyone. We will also apply an additional charge of £10 for tinting and £20 for highlighting which will cover the cost of longer appointments and the additional product required.
ARRIVING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT: waiting areas are limited so please arrive just in time for your appointment. If you’re running late please call the salon. By the same token, we may be running a little late on occasion, and as we cannot have congestion in the waiting area please bear with us if the salon contacts you to come in 10 minutes later than your scheduled appointment time.
CANCELLATION POLICY: we are currently not taking deposits, though we now have a cancellation policy where we politely request that you notify the salon at least 48 hours in advance if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid paying a cancellation fee. Missed appointments or cancellations that have less than 48 hours notice will be charged in full.
SAFETY IN SALON: for everyone’s protection, we have installed screens at reception and between the backwash basins. Please come alone and bring as little as possible with you and use the hand sanitiser provided. Everyone coming into the salon will be issued with a face mask on arrival if required. To help support social distancing, we will limit and manage capacity in the salons by using alternate workstations. You will also be given a disposable gown and disposable towels.Between appointments the workstations and product bottles will be wiped down with steriliser liquid and stylists hair tools will be machine sanitised.
REFRESHMENTS/MAGAZINES: we are not able to serve hot drinks at this time and only water in a disposable cup will be served. You may bring your own but kindly ask that  you take it away with you when you leave. We offer a curated digital collection of complimentary fashion and lifestyle magazines via Digi-Mags. You can simply scan our QR code in-salon and browse a huge range of magazines on your smartphone or tablet. You are welcome to bring your own reading material but, again, please take away with you when you leave.
CARD PAYMENT ONLY: we will be operating a cashless till for the time being, card payment only will be accepted.

Please allow 14 days after foreign travel before attending an appointment in the salon. If you have a cough, fever, shortness of breath or sore throat please do not come into the salon and call to rearrange your appointment.
