If you have a cough, fever, shortness of breath or sore throat please ensure that you take all necessary precautions prior to coming into the salon and please call if you have to rearrange your appointment.
ARRIVING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT
Please arrive on time for your appointment and if you are running late please call the salon. If we are running late we will contact you in advance of your scheduled appointment time to let you know.
SAFETY IN SALON
- We will provide you with a disposable gown and disposable towels.
- From Monday 18th April 2022, in line with the relaxation of Government restrictions on mask wearing, you will be asked if you would like your stylist/ trainee to wear a mask whilst looking after you, and if so, they will happily do so.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand clients occasionally need to change or cancel their appointments. Should you need to do so, we require at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment; otherwise, you may lose your deposit payment.
CARD PAYMENT ONLY
We are operating a cashless till so card payment only will be accepted.
